2026 AltStar Expo and Awards Preview

Ok first thing first, myself and Ray (ImagesbyRay) never been to AltStar Expo and Awards. Frankly I wasn’t even aware this has been going on as this is their 15th year. So what is AltStar? (From their website) AltStar is tattoo, goth, punk, fetish, and alt-cosplay culture, basically all meshed up into this 4 days event. Yes it is a niche group and yes it is not everyone’s cup of tea. But boy oh boy the energy this group brings out it’s on another level. Let’s just say we had more fun shooting at the AltStar Awards event than any other adult industry parties/awards that we’ve been attending… how we missed out on this is beyond me.
Now I wasn’t able to make it to Day 1 (Industry) as it was on a Thursday but then again unless you’re a content creator, you’re not going to miss much. There’s some useful panels for collabs and photographers but other than that. It’s a chill day.
I was there Day 2 (Industry only) mainly because I was more interested in attending the Alt Pool party. See photos below

The pool party was presented by Blue Blood as they provided drinks for each cabana. The strange part is this was NOT a private event as we saw family with their kids walked in.. it was super hot.. in fact, so hot that our cameras were overheating!
Day 3 is a combo of Industry and Fans with plenty of signings and photo ops along with tons of panels. It’s also the same day (night) that Alt.erotic with their yearly Pro Penis riders tournament being held at the world famous Nerd Bar. We weren’t going to miss this!

As for the winner, Lorelai Leigh took home the championship. Note she was also the previous year’s champion, defended her title against some stiff (no pun intended) competition!
Day 4 (final) is the AltStar Red Carpet and Awards being held at Bizarre Bar in downtown vegas. This was the main event we were looking forward to and it did not disappoint!

That’s pretty much a wrap, it was a crazy 4 days weekend but we managed to pull through. Already looking forward to next year!

6/22/26 Update: Well I tried.. to upload a new video of the final 3 during Alt.Erotic Pro Penis riding tournament.. on XVIDEOS but guess what? They took it down like WTF?!? Claiming we did NOT have consent… first it was a public event, we were invited there as media, and each participant signed a waiver before getting on.. I don’t get it. Anyway, hopefully it’ll get sorted out if not I’ll need to find ANOTHER platform to upload these type of videos…
