Here we go again, another year into January and you know what that means.. plenty of new shows to attend! On a quick side note, I missed CES this year (had the pass and everything, just couldn’t get out of work to go but that’s another story) I wasn’t going to miss AVN. Even though I only have 2 vacation days left, what’s a guy to do? Split them up! I managed to take 1/2 day for Day 1, 1/2 day for Day 2, and full day on Day 3 (as that usually is the busiest day).

Can you believe this is year 28 for AVN? Yes it all started back in 1998 with their 1st adult expo. The AVN Awards actually started back in 1994. I don’t recall going to any till after Y2K. Time truly moves fast! Anyway, this year’s AVN is still being hosted at Virgin Hotels, if you recall last year, they had the Culinary Union strike which impacted some exhibitors (namely PornHub) pulled out as well as some talents that was standing with the union. To be honest, I’m going to guess PornHub used that as an excuse as I don’t recall seeing them this year.

Also MIA this year is Vixen, last year they took 1/2 of the smaller hall but this year it’s replaced by seminars. Overall the shows seem a bit smaller and less crowds (at least for Day 1) We’ll see if things pick up on Day 2.
Check back here for more preview/updates. Ray (ImagesbyRay) was there super early and even got photos from the ribbon cutting. I believe he took over 1000+ photos on Day 1, it’s insane! I managed to use my new insta360 x4 air to capture all the action along with my usual phone videos. A lot of content to go thru but we’ll get them posted when we can. Thank you for your patience.

Day 2 Update: Just got back from the event, made it to the show about 2pm, I can tell it’s a lot more crowded than Day 1. Just look at these crowds below:

Definitely looking forward to Day 3 as it’s the busiest day out of the 4. Also hoping to catch the infamous White Party. As well as looking forward to AVN Awards Red Carpet, hosted by Abigaiil Morris and ItsLo.
Day 3 Update: Alright, this is it, TGIF and it’s always super busy on Friday this year was no different. I arrived before 1pm hoping to get Red Carpet media this year but no such luck. 🙁 Luckily, Ray (ImagesbyRay.net) did get the approval so definitely look for his exclusive red carpet photos this year.

By 4pm I was wiped, just couldn’t do it anymore and needed a nap. Maybe it’s old age, been working all week, all of the above who knows. Luckily Ray is like an energizer bunny and was able to keep going (at least for another hour) Anyway we still have white party to cover tonight so we both needed some quick R&R.
Day 3 White Party Update: This year’s white party is at the same location (Skybox) within Virgin Hotels near the pool entrance. I was there last year and this year’s setup is no different where you have one small backdrop for tons of people (clearly not enough for group shots), see below.
To make things worse, each person supposed to have only 15 seconds of photography time as there’s just way too many people trying to get their photos taken. They really should consider making it more like how the AVN Awards Red Carpet is setup instead of just “winging” it.
It didn’t officially started till 9:30pm (Taylor Vixxen is one of the first to get her photos taken) Early bird gets the worm! It didn’t end till 11:10pm so you can imagine how long of a wait the performers have to wait.

Please excuse the above photo if they came out a bit blurry.. as I was trying to take at least one photo for groups while still doing video. But don’t worry, Ray (ImagesbyRay.net) was dedicated to take photos only so definitely check back here for more of his work later.
So after we were done taking photos/video with everyone, we thought we could finally enjoy the party inside Skybox but to our surprise, the organizers KICKED OUT all media with cameras. It’s like thank you for your work now please exit that way. We were all wondering WTF!?!? I’m not sure exactly what happened but something must have went down last year inside Skybox for them to kick us out. So to whoever caused this, thanks for ruining it for the rest of us..
Alright enough rant, today is the last day then we’ve got AVN Awards Red Carpet.
Day 4 Update: Arrived around noon, today is the final day and I’m already looking forward to the red carpet. Last day is always slower as people tend to party a bit too hard the night before. Those that showed up will only be there an hour or so because they need to get ready for the red carpet right after.

Now if you’re into the kinks and fetish, check out Dark Fans, I think I’m seeing a pattern here.. what’s next? Feet Fans? (Oh wait that’s already taken.. damn)
By 3pm I’m already wiped and needed a power nap before the red carpet. See what old age gets you? Those red bulls and coffee don’t cut it!
Day 4 Red Carpet: I went back down to the casino floor by 4pm to scope out the red carpet. Same as last year I’ve decided to plant myself in front of the AVN awards statue below.
It’s still early so not a lot of folks waiting (yet) This spot is good and bad. Good that I can get the statue in the background.. bad is that they tend to split off both sides (can’t be at both places at once) Luckily Ray (ImagesbyRay) is OFFICIAL this year and has his own spot on the red carpet. He no longer needs to camp out for a good spot (congrats Ray!)

Looking forward to 2027, I was hoping it’ll be hosted at the new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the strip but sadly it won’t be ready till 4th quarter so we’ll have to wait till 2028. 🙁
1/26 Update: Still recovering from AVN, I’ve taken so many video I don’t even know where to start. For now, check out the footage from 2026 AVN AEE White Party Landscape on YouTube I really hope they don’t flag it (I don’t see why they would but you never know) As for photos, check back soon when I have them I’ll get them posted here.
